Will I Fail My Drug Test? HELP!?

Question by Gracey: Will I fail my drug test? HELP!?
I had a job interview for a job I would DIE to have. They took a 5 panel drug test that day and of course, me being a vicoden addict was taken off gaurd and had to go to the hospital to test THAT DAY! I want to stop soooo bad. I am so scared it is gonna show up but some websites say on a 5 panel it wont but on a 10 panel it will… my question is:
A: do you think it will show up?
B: If the company calls me to tell me I failed, is there any way I can confess and plead and beg them to give me a chance and even offer to pay for my own drug testing?

I hate myself so bad for this but most people think drug addicts are just dirty selfish rats, im actually an extremely good hearted person, I just have a really bad problem that I am so upset with myself for. Any advice would help. Thanks

ps. the vicoden was not a prescription i got it from outside sources

if itz a medication it shouldn’t show up as a recreational drug.

Vicodin is a controlled substance. I have a prescription for it and I have to talk to my Dr. before I get a refill….if you’re getting it from outside sources it’s probably illegal.
That being said:
A. They already took the drug test and it’s out of your control…worrying about it will do you no good.
B. Unless you’re the only person they tested for this position, chances are they will not call you to tell you that you failed the drug test. They will simply select another candidate for the job.

My suggestion to you is to stop worrying about the test and get some professional help for substance abuse, in the long run it will be worth it. Then the next time you’re tested you won’t have to worry.
